Wellness Groups
Campus Mind Works wellness groups are free, drop-in groups for University of Michigan students that provide mental health education and support.
Each session has an educational presentation on a mental health topic, followed by a discussion and support group. Each student attending will receive lunch and a folder of resources.
Students will learn about things that can impact mental health. The groups also share strategies for managing the stress of academic life and discuss challenges and successes. These groups are intended to support students and post-docs only and are not open to others or for fulfilling clinical or other requirements.
Registration is recommended but not required. Registering in advance helps us make sure we have enough food to eat. The presentations will also be recorded and made available after each session.
On-demand wellness presentations
Our asynchronous presentations last about 30 minutes, and you can access them by clicking on the title below. When you click on the presentation title, it will take you to a different site with interactive slides. You will be asked to log in to your Google account to access the presentation.
If you require a more accessible version of any of the presentations, please contact Taylor Pahl.
